Summary
A Glimpse of Hell is based on the true story surrounding the 1989 explosion aboard the USS Iowa, a battleship in the US Navy. Lt j.g. Dan Meyer (Robert Sean Leonard) is assigned to the Iowa, where he is put in charge of gun turret 1 and soon discovers that the ship's captain (James Caan) is falsifying repairs and using the acquired funds elsewhere. After an explosion in the turret leaves dozens of soldiers dead and the NIS set out to frame one of his men, it's up to Meyer to uncover the truth.
